Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated
Sophrology Guide is free to read. To keep it that way, some of our pages may contain affiliate links.
What that means
An affiliate link is a special link to another company’s website, such as an online course, a meditation or sleep app, a bookshop or a retreat booking platform. If you click one and then buy, subscribe or book, we may earn a commission from that company. It doesn’t cost you anything extra: you pay the same price as you would if you went to the website directly.
How we choose what to recommend
We recommend courses, books, apps and services because we think they’re genuinely useful for the readers of a particular article, not because of the commission. Affiliate relationships never decide what we write, and we don’t accept payment for positive coverage. If a recommendation is ever sponsored, we’ll label it clearly.
We’re especially careful with anything related to health. We won’t recommend products or services that claim to cure illnesses, and where a topic calls for professional help, we say so first.
Where you’ll see affiliate links
Articles that contain affiliate links include a short note near the top. A link may be an affiliate link even if it isn’t marked individually.
